All deliveries are made by Swiss Post.

To Switzerland, delivery is free for all purchases from CHF 69.-

Switzerland: For any purchase under CHF 69.00, delivery and handling costs of CHF 7.- by Swiss Post Economy (2 to 3 working days) or CHF 9.- by Swiss Post Priority (1 working day), by order are applicable. With tracking number (parcel tracking until delivery)

European countries EU: For any purchase less than CHF 69.00 delivery and handling costs of CHF 14.00 by Swiss Post Europe Priority Plus (2 to 4 working days) With tracking number. Purchases from CHF 69.-: CHF 7.-

Rest of the world: Swiss Post Int. Priority Plus (4 to 7 working days) CHF 17.-

We decline all responsibility in the event of theft or disappearance of the package after it has been deposited at the Post Office.

Money back refund policy

Products purchased may be returned for a full credit, minus shipping and handling charges.

However, before any product may be returned, the customer must notify to HIOS Sàrl, within 30-days of your original purchase date, that you desire a refund for the product purchased.

In order to obtain a refund, Customer may ask a money back refund within 10 days from the date of the delivery, sending a request via mail to :

 Refund can't be done on opened and/or used products. Product must be sent back sealed and properly packed to avoid any damage, and into the original packaging.
